Not wanting to let her colleagues down, Sara stayed at work until 7pm, but admitted: "The rest of the day was a bit of a blur. The young mum has spent the pandemic working in a care home while home-schooling her five-year-old daughter and three-year-old son. However, she would like to start her own business one day, having previously qualified as a hairdresser and also completing a degree in Business. Having fallen pregnant with her daughter, Sara was unable to complete her studies, but said the win means her children's futures are set and "they can have the best they can".

Sara and Sean plan to buy a family home with a large garden, as well as a family holiday abroad when restrictions allow.
