After sending them my intake information personal info like address, SSN, medical history, etc they stopped answering my calls or emails for 3 weeks!! I left 5 voicemails and 6 emails over that time. Absolutely no response. I work in cyber security, I was really concerned that my information had been stolen. I couldnut get ahold of them until I started looking up their therapists on Psychology Today and calling those numbers.
Huge bummer. I set a time, waited, and she never called. Ium honestly not surprised. Absolutely no communication after receiving personal information, inflexible scheduling, misleading information on their website, and a dismissive owner.
I have never left a review in my life. This place gave me the run-around and was a huge waste of time and resources. Seriously, it is NOT worth it. I have loved every moment of being a client with AC. I really appreciate their flexibility and ability to fit me in when needed.
They are very responsive on email and have a very liberatory approach to therapy! They donut return phone calls and they have very limited availability. Super inflexible team.
