Dolby Home theater is not working in windows 10

For some reason - on my Alienware 14, the audio enhancements for Dolby Home Theater have stopped working. I'm just wondering what is causing this. I've tried repairing the drivers, restarting. If it is a program that installs with the Realtek audio driver then try removing the driver and re-installing. Open the Device Manager and expand "Sound, video and game controllers". When you reboot, Windows will either install its own native driver or another Realtek driver if there were any other versions on the hard drive.
