Update: Thanks Everyone for looking. I figured it out, I do not know why it occurred but I knew it had to be a driver issue. I went old school on it and only booted the minimal drivers. Used to do this in safe mode. I slowly added back in individual drivers and 1 piece of software at a time.

Turns out it was Steam. If I loaded steam at startup it would mess up the 5. I didn't investigate why. If I launch steam after boot up, and then exit steam from the system tray my 5. So even in Windows 10 it is still best to load as little as possible and then launch it from your desktop. I use Ccleaner to minimize what boots and what does not.

Now it is doing the same thing. Center speaker can be heard out of sub woofer in test. Mic worked ok, not great, but it isn't a great microphone. I would appreciate any thoughts at all.
