No, that's an "instrument" cable. Speaker cable has two insulated wires inside often referred to as hot and cold , while instrument cable has an insulated signal wire and then a loose shield typically a braided type.

The specs say it's 14 gauge, which should be fine for your amp. If you really want Mogami then I guess that's it unless you get the overdrive one, but they don't show the specs on the site so I am not sure what to say about that one. But I am not sure why the Ox is behaving like that for you, you should try opening a case with support. You should not need to turn the speaker volume all the way down for the headphones to work.
