Our third generation B stereo power amplifier. Over-sized stereo chassis 20" wide by 12" deep allows space between components, as well as, use of oversized flagship B output transformers that is made to our specification, it is capable of a staggering 30 watt output.
The "beefed up "power transformer is also designed by ourselves to handle the extra voltage on this design, as well to have running temperature and quietness to the refinement level we wanted. Dual choke transformers setup for superior AC filtering on each section. One of the choke to feed the tubes and its dedicated power supply E-Cap, and the other choke to feed the dual e-caps to the power supply stages, along with the high quality made power transformer making it one of the quietest B tube amp from around the world.
Finale's specially designed 12AX7 driver stage, optimized for single-ended triode tubes - complete hand-wired point to point. Individual B Output Stage, each B tube is being feed, run and cooled on its circuitry board for best separation, efficiency and stability.

LOG IN. This will be my first post here but I have enjoyed advice from this site for quite some time. After living for many years with the Rogue Cronus Magnum I am interested in downsizing a bit to a smaller, more finessed system built around a B integrated amp. I am intrigued by what I have read about SET amps and given my small room and musical preferences I think this could be a fun switch. I have been looking at the Cary CADsei amp and am leaning that direction but wanted to put this out there to see what comes back before I jump. My budget is around 5k new or used.

Limited production, without tubes. The rectifier consists of schottky barrier diodes that require shorter recovery time. This results in a reduction in even negligible noise spikes. The windings of the power transformer include individual windings for the filament heater A- Power , high voltage B-power , and bias to stabilize the Negative Feedback NFB circuitry C-Power. In addition, all power is stabilized to reduce residual noise as much as possible.

There is nothing like the musical sound of a single ended design. The simplified signal path lays bare all the information available from the source played good and bad and the triode design gives a true flat response through those terrible cross over elements in the speaker. The only criticism around single ended amps was poor frequency extremes, so we tackled this in our designs. The NEW Diavolo is equipped with huge power supplies and transformers for bass extension and better control.
