Unfortunately most PC cases do not have a 12volt connector on the outside of the case. If you have a 12 volt amplifier speakers with 12v input that you want to power from a Desktop computer, then you can hook the power connector straight to the PC power supply using a yellow wire for positive, and a black for the negative[you can hook up to one of the unused connectors for extra hard drives].

You will then just have to find a hole in your case to pull this wire out. BE WARNED especially if you have a relatively large amplifier, more than amps, then you should probably have a separate power supply so you don't risk damage to your computer.
