How To Fix Samsung Galaxy S5 Rear Speaker

Insert a nylon spudger into the recess in the bottom right corner of the battery and lift upward. To remove the SD micro card, use a fingertip, pull the microSD card straight down out of its slot. Step 14 With the nylon spudger, you can now pry up to disconnect the cable controlling the LCD and the touch screen of the Galaxy S5.

Step 16 Flip your Galaxy S5 over. Step 17 Use a nylon spudger and gently remove the tactile button located on the left side of your Galaxy S5. Step 18 Still using the nylon spudger, remove the LCD screen from the frame. Step 19 You can now remove the tactile button located on the left side of your Galaxy S5. Step 20 You can now entirely remove the screen of your Galaxy S5. Step 21 With a screwdriver, remove the 10 cruciformes screws circled in red on the picture.

Step 22 With the nylon spudger, gently pry up to remove the bracket located on the left of the dock connector. It protects the rubber fixing securing the dock connector bracket of your GAlaxy S5.

Step 23 Still with the nylon spudger, gently pry up to peel off the dock connector bracket. Step 24 Flip your Galaxy S5 over. Step 25 Grab your Samsung Galaxy S5, and put your two thumbs on the angle located at the top left. Step 26 Grab the inside frame of your Galaxy S5 and remove it entirely. Step 27 As shown on the picture, use a flat screwdriver to pry up and remove the speaker off its socket. Step 28 The speaker of your Galaxy S5 is now disassembled.
