I isolated the problem to a single coeff value see above. To fix the problem I set the coeff 0x67 to 0x Kailang, is this coef missing for ALC setup in general? Maybe it need to write 0x67 after resume.
This fix works for me. The file I've attached is two-column diff output, with the alsa-info output from the working case on the left and output of the same command on my machine. Whenever I try to install the latest Realtek HD audio drivers for my onboard sound rebooted the software starts to remove the old drivers again after which it asks me again to reboot my system. But Realtek doesn't provide complete and official UAD generic drivers very often so I decided to custom craft it from parts since I discovered it is possible to do so without breaking WHQL signature.
