When I had a question regarding my purchase the owner reached out to me and solved my questions and then continued to follow up to be sure of my satisfaction! I will be his biggest advocate for his professional demeanor! Plus add to this he served our country in the US Marine Corp!
Thank you in more ways than one!!! This place is amazing! Amazing idea. I bought a 24 x 36 picture frame with an amazing blue tooth speaker inside. The sound is incredible. I sent in my picture of the Grand Canyon and had them do a little customization and they did such a wonderful job. Thanks Sound Art for your product and wonder customer service. I would recommend SoundArt to anyone just a 5 star company. All of the people that I met in the store were so much and the customer service was amazing 5 STAR experience over all.
I honestly cannot say enough about how ingenious and functional this product is, I purchased from mike at the Big E at the very beginning of the fair. Not only did I receive the product within the next week but I also had mike calling me about how I liked the product! Spectacular customer service, especially when your used to the average Joe Shmoe selling you something and taking your money and never hearing from them again after making the sale. Mike was thorough in explaining the product and earning my business but then went above and beyond that to ensure my satisfaction.
Needless to say after my first purchase and the arrival of my 16x20 custom piece I called and purchased another 2 as Christmas gifts. Hands down second to none! Dislike the look of speakers. My husband is an audiophile and had speakers everywhere. Our new Sound Art speaker has replaced all the old speakers with a beautiful zen photograph. Steve and his artist take extra pains to make sure everything comes out perfect. I appreciate the effort that went into to turning my photo into a masterpiece speaker.
Great job! Mike Murray is the man. Would recommend working with him for the best package deal and experience!!! Well first of all the customer service is what sold me from the start. Michael was very informative and patient with me when I asked about all the options, I appreciated his positive personality. Also my speaker sounds even amazing, way better than I expected I highly recommend purchasing one of these for yourself or a a gift!
The product seems to be nice, but I never received any communication for a custom order I placed several months ago at a home show. My kids threw my receipt away on accident, which is my fault. The phone number associated to the transaction on my bank account was invalid. But I was told they would reach out directly to me the following week to set up something with other employees for the company I work for. I never heard from them, and I really wanted the photo.
I was finally able to reach someone in their office, and was told it was my responsibility to reach out to them, that they cant keep track of all of their orders??? Very poor customer service. Although I would like the speaker, I would like a refund at this point. Edit in response to owner: I have sent you an email directly. My complaint is that not only did I not receive the product I ordered, I never received any communication from your company once I placed my order.
The custom argument is invalid. My order has been open with your company for 10 months and you did nothing to fulfill that. This show you are disorganized and have no order management system. An organized company would be able to see unfulfilled orders and address them in a timely manner. The only communication I have received prior to me posting this review was a request for a review. Since my attempts in getting a response from your company did not succeed, I posted this review, which was successful in getting a response.
I will be more than happy to remove it once I receive a refund. I emailed you my information. Sales person was very knowledgeable and patient. Took the time to explain how the product was developed.
Variety of designs and sizes. The pictures make a nice gift. Great customer service, product is spectacular!! No body can see my speakers on the walls.. Very nice sales person. Did exactly as she said she would, even over the Christmas rush. The acustics are pretty good. And the picture I sent to be mounted via email turned out awesome. Over priced, just canvas with a speaker behind it. Wont answer customer service line or sales lines, just go to busy signal after a dozen rings.
Tried emailing directly, no response. Overall just a really poor experience on every front. I was having such a hard time trying to find the perfect gift for the person who has everything..
I was able to custom make a bluetooth art speaker with one of my photos and I bought one already art work. Gabriela was so helpful and knowledgable.
Highly recommend. I bought a beautiful ocean wave picture unit at the Orange County fair last year. The sales people were fantastic and the quality and craftsmanship are excellent!!
Go ahead and get one, youll be amazed! I will buy another one soon!! I want to start of by saying I am really excited about this! I want to take a few minutes to highlight Robert Robertson. I reached out to Robert on Facebook to see how he was doing. He started telling me what he was doing now with this product. I was very interested in learning more. Robert could have just continued to message back and forth, like most people would, however he decided to FaceTime me.
This right here, was awesome. Robert knew I wanted to learn more and went out of his way to FaceTime me to fully explain the product. Robert was very knowledgeable on the product and answered all my questions. I bought one for my wife and I can not wait for her to open it during Christmas. Robert said something interesting when he was asking for my business.

As a photographer, I could ask for a better gift to all of my clients!! Best product I ever purchase it has helped me be allowing me to remove all the clutter in my garage and replacing it with a peace of art that plays music from your Bluetooth device.
Steve thanks a lot man. Sorry to read that top review mine is still playing loud and clear and I use it everyday. Great product. She should of called Onsia Sound Art they are really helpful. My son loves his sound art piece! My parents bought this for me and we had a hard time pairing it and the owner help us on valentines evening and the speaker is perfect.

Since i'm unpdating the media center, I'm wondering if anyone has experience with the one piece speaker systems that look like a solid bar and mount under the TV Yamaha calls theirs a Soundbar, but others have other names. I like the idea of not running wires all over the place but do want to improve on the TV speaker sound. Other option would be a normal surround sound system using in-wall speakers like the new Onsia In-Wall Sound Panel.
