Stereophile recommended class a speakers claim
LOG IN. Any of you guys who have listened to more components than I have, or maybe anyone who has been in the industry: I see a lot of posts mentioning "stereophile class A " etc, so I assume this recommendation carries a lot of weight. Are the reviews completely independent? With the vast array of components out there, can they really cover all of them? Do you guys really agree with the class A and B thing?

And a new set of tests using professional-grade equipment found that the speaker fully lives up to the claims Apple makes for it ….
HomePod uses beam-forming technology to adapt to its environment, cancelling out echoes and ensuring that it delivers consistently good sound no matter where the speaker is placed and no matter where you are in the room. Place HomePod anywhere in the room. Direct sound is beamed to the middle of the room, while ambient sound is diffused into left and right channels and bounced off the wall.

I have just seen the April Edition of Stereophile and didn't see any Klipsch speakers on their semi-annual recommended components. Guess that's why I quit subscribing to them several years ago. Maybe I should go into the speaker wire business and wrap copper coil wire in foil that's been "shamaned" by at least 3 voodoo doctors. It's because Stereophile is too high-brow and don't consider Klipsch's latest offerings audiophile-quality They don't cost in the tens of thousands of dollars like the Avantgarde Uno 2. Klipsch isn't considered to be in the "snob factor".

Pity the audiophile. The term should be an aural counterpart to "cinephile"—as that word means a person who greatly appreciates movies, so "audiophile" should refer to a person who pursues a pure music listening experience. While the magic rocks might be a bit much for all but the craziest of audiophiles, one area where even mainstream audiophiles have demonstrated an unswerving desire to spend lots and lots of money is on interconnection devices—cables, to you and me. For best results have the arrow pointing in the direction of the flow of music. So these guys are actually claiming that the direction of the cable has some meaningful impact on how your NAS-hosted music sounds. These kinds of claims are, to quote Gene Wolfe, "the most debased and superstitious kind of magic. Apparently, the cheap consumer-grade Netgear Ethernet switch did nothing to degrade the performance of the incredibly expensive cables, either—so major props to Netgear for producing audiophile-approved Ethernet switches without even realizing it. I was in no way expecting that an outdoor system could make me forget my high-fidelity indoor audio system. This system uses multiple satellites and an excellent subwoofer to evenly fill your space with full-range audio that can stand up to the sound quality you get from even very fine indoor systems. This is not hyperbole on my part. I wish all our readers could experience the MartinLogan Outdoor Living sound first hand for themselves. In terms of being able to express detail at both very quiet and very loud volumes, and jump between them quickly, they are absolutely extraordinary.
So what makes DUOPODS A25 stand out?

It is an historical fact that Stereophile was the first "underground audio magazine". In fact, the term was coined to describe it, and then later The Absolute Sound. Gordon Holt doing almost all of the writing. It was small in size TV Guide and a "quarterly" in theory, but it arrived very sporadically.
The AirPods Pro sounds better than the originals and has a way better fit and active noise cancelling to boot. If you have an iOS device, just get this. While the original model caught a lot of deserved flak for not sealing the ear canal, these Apple earbuds not only seal the ear, but also provide active noise cancelling ANC. On paper, the AirPods Pro is light-years ahead of the old ones simply by this fact alone. But is it worth the cash?

Of course there are exceptions. But to claim that the term monitor speaker is nearly a marketing ploy is misguided. For one thing the price range is of influence. They are considered one of the best ever mastering monitors.
I am final, I am sorry, but this answer does not suit me. Perhaps there are still variants?
