Took my 06 Chrysler in recently to get a new stereo put in and they did a fantastic job. They are great! Worked on my system until it worked perfectly. They are adding one more component to make it better. I am a veteran and they treated me amazing. One of the best places to get your vehicle worked on.

I got a back up camera and a touch screen for my truck, and everything works really well, and I like everything they did. They are nice people to work with there. Jason and his crew have done a lot of work for me over the years and it has always been great.
I have never had a problem with any thing they have done for me. They have fair prices and do quality work. I have recommended them to many of my family and friends over the years. Dont hesitate to give them your business! Jason and his guys are awesome. They dont open until 9 and I told him I would drop my car off in am before work and he showed up early. They put in an alarm and replaced two speakers for me. Reasonable pricing with fast and friendly service.
Very pleased. Thank you. I personally had these guys install a Auxiliary port on my car, and had them install a complete stereo system in my friends Honda Civic and she is thrilled. Just got done with an alarm install. If you have a setup you worry about I highly recommend these guys. They were very fast as well and if you have kids you can walk down to donnelly park while they do theyre thing, its just down the road.

If I ever get another car or truck, will be coming back! Not sure what the negative reviews are for. Ive had these guys put systems in 3 cars now. Had an issue with a sub once and was replaced a day later. Wonderful service. Called theme about a problem I had installing my system myself.
He asked that I bring it in and they would look at it, suggesting it was likely an easy fix. Brought it in and for a very minimal fee fixed it and hooked up the stuff I knew nothing about. ThanksThere are a lot of bad reviews on here, and they were very wrong in my experience. The nicest people to work with. Jason was friendly and very knowledgable.
I would recommend this shop to anyone. Best prices in the valley. They have done both of my vehicles and they have turned out amazing they do the top of the line work there the best around turlock Ray is the best for stereo systems they do a clean great sounding job you tell them what you want its no problem I been going there for a lot of years.
Great prices I just recently bought a stereo for my van there and am very happy with the purchase. Also great customer service they took the time to explain to me all the functions my new stereo came with.
Nothing on paper about amount before work was performed. After they installed a new one we tested it. It did not take DVDS through the player itself. None of the features such as the usb port or DVD tray. Only the screen on the Dvd player worked that they installed.
We then pointed out a round indentation on the back right passenger seat. He first said maybe it was our booster seat. We showed him there is nothing round on the bottom of the booster seat. We made him aware we just bought the vehicle less than a few weeks ago.
There was nothing before they did the work. He said he could have our seat replaced but it would not be the same color as our other seats in the row. We said that would not work. When we left I called to ask what day he would exchange the broken DVD player. He said he would not exchange it unless we paid him more money. After a few back and forth calls I stated fine I will take it up with the Better business Bureau. I hung up. I said I would think about it. A few weeks have passed and I am driving when the DVD player falls down.
It is dangling by the wires!! I had to hold it up with my right hand and drive with my left hand to his shop. I was in shock. I honked to get someones attention because I did not want to let the DVD player go and possibly ruin the wiring.
I was by myself and very shaken. Someone comes out and I tell them it fell while I was driving. Jason comes out. He said I was waiting for you to come back and get the new DVD player. He asked if Id like him to replace it tomorrow and then he said no it will have to be Thursday because he will be busy. I was hoping he would do it on the spot because of having the DVD player fall was not my fault as well as the DVD player was not working properly.
Then he looks at the dvd player that his worker had already disconnected the wires and removed it from the vehicle. He starts to yell at me where are the 2 screws that are missing? I tell him I have no clue to look on the floor.
It fell when I was driving. So he starts to say well you know we didnt do the previous indentation to the leather right? He looks again at the booster seat and turns it over. He clearly sees it does not have any circular markings on the bottom to do any indentation.
Nor is there any other indintations from the booster seat on any of my other seats. I said I most definitely do know you guys made the indintation the day of installation. I was upset and said No way! Why would I take out the screws? How would I take out the screws? Why would I do that if you had already agreed to replace it? He continously yells at me. Never once does he look under the seats for the screws. I start crying. I looked under the seats I found one screw. His worker says to him they must have used screws that were too short and were placed in the same wholes that were there for the prior DVD player.
Then Jason offered my remaining money i originally payed. Saying he wants to save the headache of dealing with a professional scammer as myself. He took back the broken DVD player and continued to yell belittling me. His potential customer apologized for the rudeness of Jason and took his business elsewhere. As well as his employee apologized for how Jason acted. His costumer service, professional work done to my vehicle and his actions were below any human standards.
