Supra has been making cables for a while; in fact the company's brochure appears to imply that Supra 2. Supra Ply 3. It's a modified figure-8 cable in which two conductors of rectangular cross-section are placed face-to-face in an overall sheath. The idea is to minimize inductance, hence maximising bandwidth. Supra's brochure makes several mistakes, such as claiming that fat cables have high inductance - certainly untrue.

Duelund's have a brutal break in period where the sound swings all over the place until they settle in after about hrs.

These cables are so cheap and without compromise on sound quality that you can also try placing your system some place other than in between speakers, which would normally be difficult to do because of high speaker cable cost.

Hi Kartick, Yes Kartick, it looks like a black appliance cable or Tatasky cable I moved to this cable from Belden Have also tried Dueland in the past Belden is available from the same dealer at around Rs. I had searched Ebay but what seems to be available there is Auvio's 15awg speaker cable. That will be too thin for my liking. Usually, if I have gone any thinner on the speaker wire than 14awg, it hasn't really provided me with a full bodied sound.

That 15 awg Auvio is not the one. It has a different geometry from all other Auvio cables. It has a transparent outer. It has seven sets of strands interwoven each other. There are many fine strands which make one set.

The MI2 is a couple AWG heavier, providing a slightly more precise bass response, and offers cleaner and more natural highs because of its reduced inductance. The difference between MI2 and a well made conventional round wire cable is noticeable and in my experience the Goertz offers a more musical and natural sound.

They look very much like a copy of Townshend Isolda speaker cables that have been made in the UK for about 40 years and Goertz cables from Denmark that have also been made for ages. The main factor discussed is the same, low inductance, around 2 to 4 ohms for all three brands. Otherwise the basic structure is the same. I use the Townshend cables and they seem to do a good job, recommended to me about 20 years ago by someone who has been using the same pair since he reviewed them almost 30 years ago. No other cables as I have an all in one unit. Cerious Technologies Graphene Matrix cables throughout the system 6 power,2 sets of xlr and speaker cables.
