AllTheFuzz Member. Messages I have a black Gibson SG Standard. I'm thinking of swapping the pickguard from the stock black batwing one to a white one. Finding a good SG pickguard seems less easy than finding one, say, for a Strat.
How much variation is there in SG pickguards? Can I expect the screw holes to line up or is there a decent possibility it won't fit without drilling? I'm thinking white, but would love to hear other color suggestions. Feel free to share pics of your SG with non-standard pickguard as well!
