Lessloss anchorwave speaker cables

As I already mentioned on Facebook, this is my third meeting with the model Spirit 3 from the Austrian manufacturer Ayon. This situation may be seen as a joke, because you might think, that the distributor is sending the device as many times as needed for the amount of superlatives and positive remarks reaches the desired level, or that the reviewer has memory problems and does not remember what he already reviewed. But both, the Krakow based distributor Eter Audio as well as myself, we have esteem for the readers and would not allow ourselves to act like that. This confusing situation is caused by the manufacturer.

Contender to Tellurium Q Black speaker cable Discussion in ' audio ' started by novak , Aug 23, The metal and the insulation are very likely to have different thermal expansion coefficients, which may be what your mate was referring to.

IanW , Aug 30, I am confused. I have TQ speaker wire but its purple not blue But Entry-level blue is the only colour it can be Any sufficiently advanced bit of extruded wire is indistinguishable from der magicks by eponamusic , on Flickr But that ain't blue, nuh uh Fox , Aug 31, I'm not that bothered, I bought it based on its colour anyway.

I was just confused why Twilight Sparkle Purple is called Blue. Maybe I am colourblind. If it were a fake I would not knowingly sell it on that's kinda scummy behaviour. Anyway I'm fine with it, just confused. It's speaker wire, it works as intended. I borrowed some Lessloss anchorwave cables the other day. Huge, chunky, heavy in construction; about the same price as TQ ultra black.

It's the only thing I've tried that's ever come close to the Ultras; I was very impressed. I don't get what people mean by the whole filtration thing that TQ allegedly does; they both sounded great to me, only slightly different. Inky black one would hope It's apparently the best black there is The blue is basically a purply colour , chagell blue which is purple , not sure why they do not call it purple instead!

LessLoss C-Marc Interconnect Cables. Shocking Sonic Value.

JaHow did it happen that you took to audio? What is your experience in that area? Actually, everything goes back to my youth. Before studying law my father first education was electrician-technician and he loved music dearly. So some sort of hifi-reproduction gear was mandatory in the house and so were the records.

JaHow did it happen that you took to audio? Speaker Cables: LessLoss AnchorWave speaker cables, Audionova Moonwalk MK2, Skogrand SC Air.

Apparently LessLoss cables were something special but somehow I never got around to try them for myself until a close friend got seriously hooked to the brand and brought some of his cables over. As it turns out, LessLoss cables are indeed something special. A very supple cable but a real heavyweight, the Anchorwave instills confidence even before the listening has started. The LessLoss cable had been run in by its owner so serious listening could start straightaway. The Anchorwave has big, deep bass, offers ripe and colourful vocals and adds to that a creamy, silky-smooth treble. It has a friendly character and is a lot smoother and creamier than the Cardas, making the latter sound dry in comparison. But for all its comparative dryness, the Cardas does do better than the Anchorwave in the detail and transient department: it is more finely detailed, more upbeat and has a more acoustically convincing sound. Both the Cardas and the Anchorwave were preferred at one time or another, based on what music was playing. There are things to say for both cables but for me the Cardas ultimately is more emotionally appealing, even if it sounds less luxurious. This comparison would be interesting because Transparent has similar qualities as the Anchorwave.

Every strand's clock-wise turn aligns with a corresponding counter-clockwise turn of exactly mirrored diameter and step. The two resulting counter-polarized coils are mutually superposed. A second-scale fractal replication of the already bucking coils is then repeated. What is burn-in? Burn-in is a strange phenomenon in which newly made gear, or cables, go through a series of inexplicable initial transitional phases in terms of performance.

After two weeks of very tiring reportage marathon, during which our day easily reached eighteen-nineteen working hours, finally we can sit down for a while, take a deep breath and tackle some things we did not manage before the AVS. Well, it seemed that we had things photographed, some draft texts were also in place, waiting only to be put in some more formal form, but we were absolutely aware, that during the first two weeks of November all eyes and ears are on the Warsaw Show, so everything else is just being ignored.

It also had four digital inputs and two digital outputs, which made it a versatile digital control center allowing you to use other disc transports and connect to computer audio. Despite this limitation, I gave the S a very enthusiastic thumbs up just based on its performance as a traditional CD player. Lindemann introduced its new in November of Two things piqued my interest. Better performance for a lower price is the essence of economic progress! At that time I was also able to spend some quality time discussing the technology behind the with Norbert Lindemann himself.

LessLoss Anchorwave speaker and interconnect cables. Anchorwave cables. I already conducted an in-depth review of the LessLoss power cables.

Location: Scotland Posts: 1, I'm Tom. Lessloss Cables - Anchorwave interconnect I like playing with cables, in fact so much so I used to be in the business of making and selling them. I have not lost that fascination at all even now, so when the opportunity arose to evaluate some Lessloss Anchorwave RCA interconnects from Scott Nangle Audio, it piqued my curiosity and simply couldn't be missed. I am told these are hand built with in-house materials and you can without any doubt see the quality and workmanship that has gone into these cables. The Anchorwave interconnects sent to me are oval in cross-section, are no lightweights either and have a large curious rectangular tag of faux leather "butterfly wing" near each connector that looks strange at best and makes connecting them up no easy task with vertically aligned RCA sockets, because they obscure the bottom socket if the topmost one is connected first.

A second-scale fractal replication of the already bucking coils is then repeated. It is based on the bucking coil method of noise reduction, used most famously in twin coil pickup designs first developed in the mid's to silence hum from electric guitars.
