Home equalizer amplifier
I have a rechargable speaker, it has 2 input ports for charging. The V one is only for charge which means I shouldn't turn the speaker on when it's connected to V, I should let its battery charge and disconnect from V then I can turn it on. But it's okay to turn on the speaker while it's connected to 6V DC. But once it was in V, i turned it on, and then it got damaged, it turns on now and can play radio or mp3 musics on a flash disk, but the sound is not clear and is so low, even when I connect headphones to it, the sound from headphones isn't clear and is so low again.
So something in its circuit is dead I think but I don't know how to figure out which part or parts. I post some pictures of it. Thanks in advance for any help.
K9GL megaris. This needs to be replaced with a new one. What happens is the power supply is supplying a high voltage to the battery to charge it, too high for components like this IC, which can only handle 9 volts. Hello thank you so much for your reply. Then I measured voltage between GND and each output, both of them were less than 1 volt that I think should be more than this. I ordered a new IC and will change it as soon as I get it, hope it fixes the problem, thank you so much.
It has another problem too but not as important as this one. So now it only powers on using 4external batteries, but not using 6V jack power or its built in battery.
