The Onsemi's are better than original Sankens. I try to replace as few transistors as possible because you can have problems substituting every part.

The output transistors have been replaced sometime in the past. Probably with whatever was cheapest locally. If it were me, I would search for a source for the Onsemi devices. If I did have to, I would get the Onsemi's. The ones you list are acceptable as replacements. The question is, are they balanced and will they sound as good. I don't know. The AU in it's stock form has a wonderful sound.

I had one with an inop preamp section because all four had gone open or infinite resistance. The rest on the other cards were reading ohms and higher. In place of the 2SA use the 2SC Instead of the 1N how about a 1N If the original zeners are good and you are having trouble getting substitutes by all means leave them in. It's just a good idea to get quieter and more reliable modern equivalents but not mandatory. If you can't get a 2. It will just make the adjustment a little harder to get perfect but you can still do it.
The KSA and KSC are general purpose audio amp transistors and can be used in place of a lot of different transistors. I keep a bunch of them at home. It would be good if you can get some for yourself. They are matched to each other in that they can be used in push pull as well if you need to. The A might work okay.
