I checked the Interlinear Bible but didn't really see where the comma is. However, I saw the original word used for "flood" didn't have a negative connotation. On the contrary, it is positive.

This goes with the sword coming out of the Lord's mouth in Rev It makes sense that the enemy has an opposite 'stream' or flood -- instead of the sword which is truth -- the enemy's stream is lies.
