Logitech 5500 vs Klipsch 2.1 for music?
Once I got it, the specifications looked pretty cool on the box, much better than my Logitech Z which is a cheap, high quality surround sound system. I got out the instruction manual and had a read through it. Let me go in dot points everything that is wrong with the instruction manual, before I start complaining about the speakers itself. Doing my research on the internet, and talking about where my friend got it from, he was definitely scammed.
I asked where this friend got it, and he said off the back of a truck from people in a white van. What reasonable person sells good quality discounted surround sound speakers out of a white van without it being a scam?

He said casualy i have to drop some Hi Fi equipment off for a gig there. I said fair enough. Next set of lights he goes, I have a spare one in the back thats not on his delivery list. He could off load it for cheap if i wished. Pulled over done the spill, ended up getting 4 x big wireless speakers, 2 x tower speakers, front box speakers and the Ipod docking sub woofer thingy. Had my Mrs there urging me on as well, seemed like a good deal till i got home and googled it.
Ahhh Crap, our own faults in fairness. But I am not sure what other people have done — please, let us all know what you have done with your speakers. I still have them all in the box. They must have been out and about again on Friday 19th Nov, as you and another person who sent me an email providing the exact same registration number.
By the looks of it, it seems they are out and about again considering within 6 hours, two people have got scammed. And i liked Vincent audiosystem. Its very clear And very very loud In really good condition 5 speakers Plus 1 active subwooffer Its all black and silver. I think they are totally crap. Thanks for this information, I have found this very useful and will be sure to be very cautious with this from now on. Someone is about to be scammed again, abd ebay are lapping it up!!
Do you beleave it?!!! Hey Jack, thanks a lot for the detail insight. I was about to buy a second hand Marc Vincent sound system for my home theater system. You have to realise that these people too where scammed and lost money and want to try to recoup some of that loss. But in all honesty, they should state these speakers are fake. Does anyone know how to connect an iPod to Logitech Z Speakers? I have been to Guanghua Market and nobody seems to understand what I am asking for. Can anyone advise me or provide a link to an online store where I can buy such a cable? One end plugs into your Ipod, the other end plugs into your speakers. What kind of plug do the speakers have on them? Can you find a picture online? I think they must be self-powered with amp built inside the speaker.

Read a review of the Ki in my What Mobile magazine,an they found that the slider cover on the camera can easily be removed in pockets an the slider catch got broken so the camera was turned on all the time,so the Ki better be well looked after or the camera cover will break easy also they say why have the cover when theres no optical zoom an does not let your mobile flat on a table or surface. Can somebody please tell me if the screen on ki is easy to scratch? When I realize what it was, it was too late, I tried to put it back, but got allot of bubbles under the protector. After poking around in both the sub and the controller, I have to admit that there's a good reason Logitech asks for only the controller back: they've done everything possible to make it difficult for the DIYer to hack this speaker!
