Recalling a warning from Chief Wiggum that he will be arrested if he commits another felony assault, Homer disguises himself as a masked superhero, "The Pie Man ", and throws a pie straight into the Rich Texan 's face, leaving him humiliated and the crowd laughing.
After the summer, the 4-H cow contest is judged here. The county fair judge gives Lou the blue ribbon as he won. Bart found out that Lou would be slaughtered here.
