Just received the Polk Audio Command Bar. It has great powerful sound when it works. It lasts for about 3 seconds each time. Very disappointed because I received it thinking Polk made a good reliable product. These are without a doubt the worse purchase I have ever made. My experience has been horrible.. I had presumed it flew off, but after I had to us tweezers to take the second tip out I went and had it checked. I have thrown these away and would never recommend them to anyone. If I could rate their service less than 1 I would. We bought Atrium 4 Outdoor Speakers 18 months ago, and after a long winter of no use, we were extremely disappointed to find one of the speakers crackling.
We contacted the number who directed us to a company in Toronto for warranty support in Canada. After a run around with them and multiple phone calls we were advised that their Service location in Winnipeg was hard to get ahold of, but actually non-existent.
