About a year ago. The first few weeks I loved them. So I recommended that one of my clubs buy some. They bought 16 of them and 4 Powered Ev subs. Shortly after purchase. Several of them stopped working. I brought them back to Guitar Center. They told me that there was a fault with the heat sink in the panel and they could send them in for me. It took over 2 months for those 2 to be returned.
In that time another 4 of them went out. I brought them back and they sent those in. It took over 3 months to get those 4 back. I have seen plenty of other people with this exact complaint. In fact when I was looking for budget minded powered monitors I was checking out these boxes. I ended up going with Alto TSs. From what I understand Alto isn't very good about their warranty stuff either so I bought 2 year extended warranties on all the Altos.
I haven't had any issues with any of them so far. I know this doesn't help you, sorry. Good luck, I hope you get it all taken care of. When we put sounds in the club we would have spent more money to have a system that would last more than a few months.
