Fabio in Manchester Darren was the first to get on to me about the job and by far the most reassuring and knowledgeable. He gave me fair quotes for the work and wasn't pushy in securing the work.

They are robbers and take advantage of older people! It was ridiculous what she paid them. I didn't know until after the fact. They are disgusting. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Shame on them for cheating a 92 year old woman! Shame, shame, shame!! Does not do what they put in contract unfinished and very unprofessional work my bathroom is still not finished called many time they say they coming they dont.
Professional and work always done with efficiency. Cleans up after job completion. Works with me with payment plans if job is big. Receptionist to make appt. Always feel comfort and safe when they do work in my home.
Called for an rate hourly rate to unscrew a pipe. And was told there are no hourly rates to there pricing. They have no set prices so 2 people can have the same work done and be charged totally different prices.
Delt with this company a few years ago, and just like many of the reviews I was not impressed. The job itself was completed quickly but I developed a problem after. Called them, to request someone come back to take a look, the receptionist gave me the worse attitude ever.
I ended up calling another company who came out to address my concern. A few months later I had a friend who needed extensive work pretty expensive job , and I told him not to call Ingram's due to their lack of professionalism.
