The axles should be fairly easy to resolve, if not cheap, by sourcing something from the Driveshaft Shop. Custom or off the shelf, they can take care of it. JHM has tried to address the differential, at least with the rear, so hopefully this will solve the problem before it becomes one.
There is always the rest of the innards and the housing itself to worry about, along with the front and center diff. If history is any guide and from many of my own personal experiences, anytime you double the power from an engine in a production car with a stock drivetrain, the tranny does not hold up very long.
