I went on to become one of five honor graduates out of a training flight of people. As I began to allow God to heal my heart, I realized I had a responsibility to go back and share my story with women around the world. From that first foray into writing, Jackson has completed five more books, with a re-release and re-naming of her first book due out this summer.
Jackson has grown in many ways since becoming an author and sees every day as a new challenge and a way to improve upon life. She has become a motivational speaker and refocused her business from being a personal trainer to working with businesses and organizations on community health, corporate health and professional development.
Although everyone has rough patches in life, Jackson likes to say she has bad moments instead of bad days. When I find myself in this funk, I try to get alone if possible and go within myself and pray. When I do this, I realize how my thoughts are what is putting my mind and emotions in the place I am in.
I have also found that exercising allows me to channel whatever negative energy I have away from me," she says.
