Cone Specs I am building a box this week for a 10" power hx2, does anybody, have old plans for a box that they made for their 10" power hx2, its going to be in the back seat of a quad quab dakota taking up 2 of the rear seats, i want it tuned to something to hit all the lows, but can still get up there on some highs. You must hear it to relize what it can do. Customs services and international tracking provided. These woofers were designed for use primarily in small sealed and small ported enclosures. The speaker is in good condition as is the box.

Home amps have power supplies, which are the ultimate limitation to what they can produce. Auto amps draw from a battery which can provide virtually unlimited current for a limited amount of time.

We use a 60 amp at work to test amplifiers, but most amps can actually drain the power supply to where I can't give anymore power. What you need is one of these. Good investment if you ask me. When the local curcuit citys where going out of bussines my friend picked up one of the power supplies they used to run their car equipment with, and even with it connected to a battery then to the amp it still couldn't keep up with the power draw, you would need a few batteries to do this.

DC current and the car alternator are wonderful things for car amps.
