Like NOS ,the new stock seems to have good and bad years too, like with wines. And like wines different tastes, depending on where the ingredients are grown. I thought then that would be useful to set up a little guide to help the novice as well as to share the knowledge between those who simply knows a bit more than the others and will be happy to write about that here.
