1947 Magnavox Console Radio playing Al Jolson - Sonny Boy from 1928.

Al Jolson track taken from CD-R scan of a 1928 Brunswick 78 r.p.m. record, playing on a 1947, Magnavox Regency Symphony, Tube Console Radio from external CD player that was plugged into the radio amplifier phonograph input jack with a "Y" connection for bridging stereo channels together for mono playback into the radio amp. Recorded with microphone placed about 15 inches away from the radio speakers and the tube amplifier in this radio works very well for being in original 1947 electronic condition.
