1980s Peavey Renown Solo Series Guitar Amp [Rock + Stoner/Doom Sound Demo]

The Peavey Renown began production in the early 1980s and continued onwards until it was replaced with the Renown 400 later in the decade. It is rated at 150w at 4ohms. The speakers were bad in mine so I replaced them with a pair of Eminence Legends. These amps have a really nice mid-focused sound and are great for lots of styles of music.

Signal chain in order: HH Strat + Boss SD-1/EHX Big Muff Pi (sections 2 and 3 only) + Peavey Renown + Shure SM57 + Focusrite Scarlett Solo. Reverb is from the DAW.
