30w FM Transmitter - BJT Push-pull RF Power Amplifier w schematic

Use two NTE2506 high frequency NPN transistors which NTEPartsDirect sells for $0.95.
The simple bias arrangement consists of a 5V regulator in series with a ten-turn 1k potentiometer and a couple of 6.8uH RF chokes. Runs on 20V @ 200ma with a 1w RF input. The transistors are mounted on a heat sink with a fan, but they actually run very cool so the fan is not needed.
