35 Minute INTENSE Full Body Sculpt Circuits | Cardio & Strength HIIT Workout. Ok this is going to be a hoot! This is a format I haven't done before so this is how it works: I will give you 4 strength exercises at 1 minute each - no rest in between. Then 1 cardio exercise. We'll repeat the round twice and it will last for 10 minutes. I have a number of circuits for you. This was sooo fun and a great bang for your buck in only 35 minutes! Hit it twice for a nice long workout today!

You will need: a variety of dumbbells

*Calorie burn is really specific to each body and generally the margin of error is between 15-25%. So, take it with a grain of salt and certainly don't compensate with overindulging. The number on the thumbnail is what I have burned according to my Apple Watch 4.
