40 MINUTE CIRCUS CIRCUITS! Cardio and Strength Workout | Full Body

Cardio and Strength Workout . This was a brilliant workout! It was so fun and fast and hard and sweaty. We are doing this in rep range today and running a ladder so to speak. You will lay 3 sets of dumbbells out in front of your mat. We start with 10 reps of a cardio, 10 reps of a strength exercise -3x, then another cardio. Then, we go back the other direction through the exercises again.

*Calorie burn is really specific to each body and generally the margin of error is between 15-25%. So, take it with a grain of salt and certainly don't compensate with overindulging. The number on the thumbnail is what I have burned according to my Apple Watch 4.
