42 Minute A.M.R.A.P. Compound Strength & Cardio HIIT Workout -Whoa! This was intense. I am putting 5 minutes on the clock. Each circuit will have 3 exercises that you will hit for 10 reps each. There are 2 strength and 1 cardio each circuit. So heart rate will climb in today's HIIT workout! AMRAP stands for as many rounds as possible in the 5 minutes. So challenge yourself and let's move daily!

You will need: a variety of dumbbells, bench (optional)

*Calorie burn is really specific to each body and generally the margin of error is between 15-25%. So, take it with a grain of salt and certainly don't compensate with overindulging. The number on the thumbnail is what I have burned according to my Apple Watch 4.
