43 Minute LOWER BODY OBLITERATION -Whoa! I love a good focused leg day and this delivers. We are focusing on all the muscles in the lower body today and I am adding a fun little active rest blast in between all of the sets to keep the heart rate up! Focusing on legs and using those big muscle groups, you'll be burning more energy!

Format: 45/15 circuits plus active rest
You will need: A variety of dumbbells, mini band, bench
Workout:
Circuit 1:
Squat reverse lunge
Banded lateral walk
Rotational lunge

Active rest
Circuit 2:
SS step up leg lift
Tip toe squats
Bulgarian split squat
x3
Active rest
Circuit 3:
Curtsy lunge
3 Pulse sumo squat
Fire hydrant -band
x3
Active rest
Circuit 4:
Pistol squat
Single DB deadlift
Glute thrust

*Calorie burn is really specific to each body and generally the margin of error is between 15-25%. So, take it with a grain of salt and certainly don't compensate with overindulging. The number on the thumbnail is what I have burned according to my Apple Watch 4.
