45 Minute Intense VO2 Max Cardio and Strength HIIT Workout - What is your VO2Max? It measures the amount of oxygen your body can use during exercise. As we become more fit, our VO2Max increases! This is an intense workout combined of strength and cardiovascular exercises, intended to challenge your heart and lungs. I give 30 seconds of recovery time in the circuits, but if you need more, please pause the workout and take what you need. This is hard, but fun!

*Calorie burn is really specific to each body and generally the margin of error is between 15-25%. So, take it with a grain of salt and certainly don't compensate with overindulging. The number on the thumbnail is what I have burned according to my Apple Watch 4.
