50 Minute Upper Body Supersets with No Repeat Cardio Blasts! This is a great workout to build a little lean muscle in your upper body! I like adding in the little cardio blasts as well, to keep the heart rate elevated and make you all nice and sweaty! The superset format allows you to put a lot of focus on the specific muscle groups, which is how they will grow.

You will need: a variety of dumbbells, bench or ball or floor
Format: 40/15
1. Circle chest press + Triceps kickback
2. 1 arm row + pinwheel curls
3. Single, double military press + Pinkie high lateral raise
4. Chest press overhead ext + Skull crusher
5. Wide row + in-n-out bicep curls
6. Cross body front raise + Palms down front raise
