A Tale of David and Goliath - CSS Criton 1TD-X Build and Full Review

Published
Building the Creative Sound Solutions (CSS) Criton 1TD-X kit with the upgraded "Superior" Jantzen-based crossovers was by far the most ambitious hifi-related project I've done to date. This wouldn't have been possible without the extensive help of a very generous subscriber named Willy and his private woodworking shop. In this video I'll take you guys behind the scenes on the build process and provide my in-depth listening impressions with specific track references. We'll also have some fun and compare these speakers to my reference Dynaudio C1's and a pair of Heritage Specials which were one of the inspirations for the finish on these speakers, so make sure to watch to the end!

(Full-disclosure: CSS provided this kit for me to build and review and also graciously provided the Walnut veneer. Aside from getting a free kit, I was not paid for this or any review.)
