Arendal Sound 1961 Subwoofer Review Discussion

We were very impressed by Arendal's flagship subwoofer, the massive 1723 2V, but we wanted to see what Arendal could deliver on the other end of the subwoofer spectrum from units that were more reasonable in size and pricing. In for review today are both of Arendal's entry-level 1961 subwoofers. The question we have is can Arendal scale down their larger subs and still keep the same value?
