AV Receiver, Amplifier, and Speaker Power Requirements Explained with simple examples

Published
There doesn’t seem to be any easy to understand explanations of how your AV receiver, speakers, and subwoofer work together. I noticed this when researching specs for the Yamaha RX-Z9 receiver I recently purchased for my Infinity Crescendo surround system. I noticed a lot of basic questions being asked to the experts with responses that really didn’t seem to answer the questions. To me, the easiest way to understand is making a comparison to a truck. I try to make the videos with one take, so please excuse some of my rambling and mis-quotes. A couple that I caught during the video review was saying RX-Z1 instead of Z9 a couple of times and saying 80 Watts instead of 80 volts for capacitor size.
