Blind Audio Described Balance & Control (D)

An audio-described workout focusing on balance and control in body movements for individuals who are blind and visually impaired. Ashley will explain the exercises before they are completed. Our workout includes three circuits that target standing balance, chair balance and full body control. Each circuit will have four exercises that we will go through three times. Each Exercise will be done for 30 seconds followed by 10 seconds of rest.
