This beginner audio-described Full-Body Workout will strengthen and engage all the muscles in your body! Before each circuit begins, Ashley will explain and demonstrate each exercise. Our workout includes three circuits that target the upper body, lower body, and core. Each circuit will have five exercises that we will go through three times. Exercises will be done for 30 seconds followed by 15 seconds of rest.
