Blind Test between a Real Tube Amp and 10 guitar Modelers/Profilers with DRAPsound - REPLICA TONES ®

Published
In this blind test all modelers use DRAPsound "Replica Tones ®" presets:
our special IRs are not simple cabinet emulations, but in combination with the amp/od/comp blocks made available by the factory in the various modelers, they allow us to have a true "profile" of the miked amplifier in the studio.

It is possible to download the test solution (and also uncompressed audio files at 44.1/24) from our site at this link (requires login to the site):
https://www.drapsound.com/file-share
and also download all the presets for all the platforms used for free!!!

- The real amp used in the test is a FRIEDMAN SMALLBOX 50 head on a NITROCAB 2x12 cabinet with two Celestion G12M Greenback 25Watts/8ohms.
- The microphones used instead are a Royer R10 ribbon on API 512c preamp and the classic Shure SM57 on Heritage '73JR preamp (Neve style).
- The guitar used for the clean sound is a Stratocaster by Leo Scala, while for the lead sound a Les Paul by Heritage (25th anniversary).
