BOSS: RE-2 Space Echo

Published

If you love the sound, quirks and functionality of the classic RE-201 Space Echo, but the not the current going price or elusiveness of units in good condition, you may be pleased to know that BOSS have condensed all of the goodness of the RE-201 sans size, price and maintenance into their new RE-2 Space Echo pedal. The RE-2 features meticulously modelled sounds, quirks and preamp bypass qualities found in its much larger ancestor, with all of the 201's controls concentrated into three concentric knobs and one rotary dial. You can run the RE-2 in mono or stereo, with or without 'carryover' (trails). And is it fun? Oh yes. Lots and lots of fun!
