Briefly:
1. Input tube (6J4/8532/CV5311) cathode resistors: 350-500R PER TUBE or 175-250R PER PAIR with common cathode resistor.
2. Power tube (1626) cathode resistors: 1000-1500R PER TUBE or 500-750R PER PAIR for common cathode resistor.
