Capitol Hill media ‘furious’ as Speaker McCarthy knows they are ‘not his friend’

Sky News host James Morrow says US House Speaker Kevin McCarthy knows the Capitol Hill media is “not his friend”.

He said the media was having a “high old time” of what they saw as “Republican chaos” just a few weeks ago.

“Back when McCarthy was a no-threat hack who was going to spend more time trying to glue his party back together than actually doing anything to push back against the left,” he said.

“Guess what? Now they're furious!”
