City of Tshwane speaker faces a motion of no confidence: Joel Masilela

Published
Recently elected City of Tshwane speaker Mncedi Ndzwanana is facing a bleak future. City of Tshwane is still without a mayor. SABC News Reporter Patricia Visagie joins us live for the latest.
