House of Commons Speaker Sir Lindsay Hoyle rebuked Deputy Prime Minister Dominic Raab during Prime Minister's questions today over blaming Labour for mistakes made 12 year ago.

He told Raab that he can't keep using history as a 'defensive mechanism'.
