Speaker of the House of Commons Sir Lindsay Hoyle has recalled the 'terrible moment' he was told of Sir David Amess' death, saying it's been the 'darkest week' of his career.

He told Sky's Kay Burley that the late Conservative MP was a 'happy guy' who 'lit a room up'.
