Cross-country ride dedicated to late speaker Jacob Oulanyah

Uganda Bikers Association on Friday set off from Kampala to Fort Portal in a memorial ride to honour their former member, the late Jacob L'Okori Oulanyah.

The association says they plan to hold a vigil in Fort Portal in his honour. However, they are asking the government to allow them to be part of the procession from parliament to Kololo in honour of the former speaker.
