Former Nairobi County Speaker Beatrice Elachi has exposed who runs the County behind the scenes as she leaks more details on embezzlement of public funds. Speaking on a live morning show at Citizen TV, Elachi claimed that although NMS leader Major Badi is a good person, he is surrounded by bad people who hinder him from successfully delivering to the residents of Nairobi.
